Trouble Thou Name Is Charlie

Hi, my name is Charlie. I'm 8 1/2 months old and I'm a terror. I can pull myself up on anything and I love climbing stairs. I'm getting good at it when my mommy isn't watching me close enough. I cruise on furniture like a pro! I love playing outside on my play set. I can climb up the stairs and crawl down the slide. I have discovered things in the house that my older sister hasn't even noticed yet. I give my mommy a heart attack about 5 times a day.

Sunday afternoon I heard Charlie wake up from nap and then a few minutes later there was lots of banging followed by gleeful squeals. I had an idea what he was up to so I came up with my camera ready, and I was right. Mr. Charlie figured out how to stand up in his crib!!

We were playing at Elena's the other day and found Liam's monkey costume from last year's Halloween. It was a 12 month costume and Charlie is already in 12 month clothing so we didn't want it to go to waste so we dressed him up. Cute little monkey!

We missed the Boler Bears but we enjoyed having the Holzmans, Uncle Cliff's family, and Mike & Genevieve with Patrick join us. Unfortunately Mom hurt her back so she was entertaining vistors upstairs on her back. She looked like the beautiful gracious hostess she always is despite her ailment. Dad & Mary did an awesome job pitching in the rest of the hosting duties.
