Congrats Ben Rahimi!

Our cousin Ben graduated from Northridge Prep. and will be attending the University of Illinois in the fall.  Way to go Ben!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Gabriel!!!!

Grandpa Gabriel turned a day younger today!  I talked to him on the phone and our amazing grandpa is has been swimming 60 laps in the pool.  Not bad 'ole man!! (note: I'm serious, I can't swim more than 2 laps without drowning).  

Hope you have a wonderful celebration in Pensacola...and I can say confidently that all your VA grandchildren miss our trips down to visit you and Grandma :)

Happy Birthday Suzanne & Kevin!!

Suzanne is now 20!!!  Kevin, a now established 30-something, celebrates his birth a week before the birth of his 4th child!!

May Days...

The girls are obsessed with picking flowers outside and this day they picked our neighbor's roses (oops!) and they wanted to put them behind their ears. Notice the first picture, Sarah has a weed/dandelion behind her ear and she realizes that that's just not going to cut it. She quickly upgraded to a rose, too.

Gone Fishin'...

Alex took Emma and Sarah fishing at Lake Braddock two different Saturdays this month. They had a great time. They loved helping Daddy get all of the fishing gear ready. Once they got to the lake, Alex said they were more interested in running around the grassy field and rocks. But they did catch a couple of fish each trip and you can see their priceless faces reacting to their "catch".

I  ran into Aunt Bonnie, Becca and Mr. Gregory at the Oakcrest graduation yesterday. Little Gregory is getting so big and so cute!!
