I love Big Bird!

Today when Emma woke up from her nap, I put Sarah in her crib so they could hang out together for a while. Well, an hour later, they were still rolling around, laughing and giggling in the crib together. Sarah was just screeching with delight! Of course, once I grabbed the camera to capture the moment, they were not nearly as cute. However, once Emma realized I was taking her picture, she wanted Big Bird, Elmo and Nemo to be in the picture and yes, she actually said that..."Big Bird, Elmo, Nemo in picture." So, she lined them up in the crib and I took their picture. I then suggested that I take a picture of Emma with all of her animal friends, so you can see her in front of the crib with her crew.

Easter at Bethany Beach

Alex, Emma, Sarah and I spent Easter weekend at Bethany Beach with my parents, Michael, Tracy, Jackson and all of my cousins and their children. We had gorgeous weather and a great time was had by all! The kids had an Easter Egg hunt on Sunday. And as you can see, the grandchildren were decked out in nautical themed outfits. It was hard to capture cute faces, as everyone is on the move!

Tim Is Going To Be A Dad!!

Tim and I are happy to annouce that we are expecting our first baby (the starting pitcher for Team Carney). The baby is due Nov. 23rd, Thanksgiving Day, which is funny since I will be feeling like a stuffed turkey by then.

We got to see our little one for the first time today and hear the heart beat. Even though he/she looks like a lima bean in the pictures, you can kind of tell that the head is in the left and the little read end is on the right.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant.

Happy Easter!

Easter came with exciting news, Tim's brother (and best man) Mike entered fully into the Catholic Church this Easter! Elena, Pat, Katie, Tim, Mary, Tom & Suzanne had a fun Easter and Mom & Dad's and we brought over some friends too (take the place of the missing Gabriel kids). Joey, of course, was the center of attention.

Claire & Kevin celebrated Easter in New Jersey ...apparently Kevin showed off his grilling skills that he picked up in a class that he and his brother Jimmy recently took.


Alex & Anne and the girls spent Easter with the Holzmans and visiting with the new addition to their family, Jackson.

Welcome Thomas Jackson!!

Becca & Jack welcomed into the world this evening their son Thomas Jackson! He weighed 7lb 13oz.

Congratulations!! Can't wait to meet the little guy.
